Everyone at the desk acted super friendly, but they charged us over a grand for work that should have been $500 tops. They installed the part wrong so that it failed again in less than a couple of hours of driving. I would give zero stars if I could. Terribly dishonest, deceitful and just plain disrespectful.
I'm really sorry to hear the repair we did on your 1988 Dodge van failed. I did receive a text message from you guys afterward and offered to get you back in the shop to warranty the repair. Unfortunately, we tried to make contact to correct the issue, but there was no response. It's not often repairs fail, but when they do, we always do what's right! We would have been more than happy to cover the cost of the repair wherever you had to stop to get it fixed, if it was something we did. We would still be more than happy to make it right. I'll call you again today. In regards to price. I don't know any shop where you can get a cooling system diagnostic, both radiator hoses, by-pass hose, and a clean and flush of the cooling system to get all the stop leak out of the system on a 1988 Dodge Van where most of the work requires removing the center console inside the cab for $500. We truely tried to keep the job budget friendly given you guys were road tripping. We got the parts as quick as possible and got you guys back on the road ASAP. Again, very sorry the repair failed. Also we fully understand know one wants to pay for auto repair and know it's thoroughly frustrating when that repair fails. Hopefully we can touchbase to make this right.
