I had work the next day at 3 in the city. I got my car back at 9am the next day. They worked very hard to coordinate everything so that I could have my car back so I could get to work. This is my go to place for car repairs.

After breaking down after paying for repairs at a DIFFERENT shop already, and a neighbor recommending to come to Ryan’s, I brought my vehicle here and am so glad that I did. I had only talked to Ken, and he is a stand up guy. He had told me exactly what was needed and even though my repairs were going to be more expensive, he said that he “wouldn’t feel right” sending me back out with something that will just break down again. Excellent service, trustworthy staff and techs, I’ve already recommended a friend to stop by. My vehicle is running better now, and accelerates faster, than it had when I bought it. If you have any issues ask for Sherry … she strikes me as professional and conscientious owner.

You know what Eric, your old battery couldn't hold a charge, we tried. We had it on the charger for a full day after it was towed in to our shop. This is clearly really upsetting you. Why don't you bring back the Interstate Battery we put in your truck. We'll refund your money for the battery and give you back your original. We don't charge to install batteries. We sold you a battery for $213.97 (two dollars less than what you could buy the same battery for from Interstate directly). Please come in today so we can get this sorted out.

NO CRANK. - $72.80 8/15/2023 04:15 PM Ryan shared estimate via SMS to (XXXXXX) 8/16/2023 01:57 PM Ryan shared estimate via email to (XXXXXX) 8/16/2023 01:56 PM Eric viewed their estimate 8/16/2023 02:22 PM Ryan Hicks received verbal authorization from ERIC on the following job(s): Battery (Remove & Replace) - $263.40 and Key & Reprogram - $267.80 8/21/2023 02:44 PM Your vehicle sat here for over week. We called, texted, emailed multiple times to either get authroization or decline. Finally after threat of storage fee, you reluctantly came to the shop, in person, and authorized. Then when you came to pick up you made a huge scene in our office calling the service manager and owner all the ugly names and foul language in front of other customers. Your claim was that our original estimate was $400. You and I both know that's a bunch of bologna. Look, I'm sorry you're having some tough personal problems, which you disclosed, but we're not the one to take your frustrations out on. We fixed the truck! We fixed the truck for a more than fair price that was agreed upon! AND we fixed the truck with a quick turn around time (once we had authorization). We are here to help and take of people's vehicles. I'm sorry you weren't able to see that.
