I'm sorry your experience with our shop was below expectations. I know the estimate for your Jaguar came in higher than you felt comfortable with, and you were very eager to have your vehicle towed out of the shop. In hindsight, contrary to your request, we should have not let the vehicle leave without first putting it back together. Again, I apologize for not controlling the situation better. Thank you for your feedback. Without feedback we can't look for ways to improve moving forward.

Friendly, easy to work with and communicates well, got an appointment booked right away with details to what I was looking at. When I brought my car in I had planned to walk home but was offered shuttle service. Less than a few hours later I received a call that my car was finished and ready to pick up, costing less than what was discussed prior at 1/4 of the worst possible senario that was forewarned in full explanation. Ryan’s Automotive made sure to communicate every step of the process. Their attention to detail included observation of my vehicle possibly being in need scheduled maintenances that may be past due, offering to take care of it now rather than having to pay for labor costs twice. I have heard great things about Ryan’s Automotive, which is what brought me to them not to mention wanting to support fellow business owners in the community! I would most certainly recommend Ryan’s Automotive to friends and family based on my experience. I am very happy to have cold AC this summer!!

Was looking around the area for a quick last minute oil change and Ryan’s Automotive came through. Was very pleased with their quick and detail oriented service. They even took care of servicing a few more items that would have needed attention sooner rather than later and let me know in quick fashion. All in all, very pleased with their overall service and would recommend them to everybody.

All I can say is WOW - it is so unusual these days to find a business that performs at the level that Ryan’s Automotive does. To say that he understands all aspects of customer service is and understatement. From the way they answer the phone and return calls promptly to quotes that are thorough and concise to the look of his business inside and out and lastly to the work itself. Excellent on all levels. I’m very impressed by this young man, and I’m happy to tell all my Baby Boomer friends and family about Ryan’s Automotive.

Was laughed at and told “it’s just the industry” and about how much their equipment costs when I expressed concerns. Wasn’t told about different options for service until after the car was picked up and again - told how much their business is to run rather than a clear explanation of the services completed. Do not recommend if you’d like to understand options and estimates before the work is done.

Updating: They installed new tires and charged me $150 for an alignment - car pulls to the right and shakes when I brake (worse than it did when I brought it in) I try to support local businesses when I can but this makes me regret not just taking to a dealership

We understand you were unhappy with the recommended repairs from our free digital vehicle inspection that comes with every oil change. Those inspections are in no way required repairs but simply meant to help people understand the overall health of their vehicle. Also, to give people a heads up for future repairs and costs. It's purely meant to be a courtesy. We also understand you were not happy with how the price was justified. Maybe a more pleasing approach would have been to explain all the work involved in recommended work. If we could make a living and grow our business we would do it all for free! Honestly, we love to help people and fix cars!
