We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at our business. We understand you were unhappy with the recommended repairs from our free digital vehicle inspection that comes with every oil change. Those inspections are in no way required repairs but simply meant to help people understand the overall health of their vehicle. Also, to give people a heads up for future repairs and costs. It's purely meant to be a courtesy. We also understand you were not happy with how the price was justified. Maybe a more pleasing approach would have been to explain all the work involved in recommended work. If we could make a living and grow our business we would do it all for free! Honestly, we love to help people and fix cars!
