I can’t say enough good things about Ryans Automotive. Their excellent customer service, clear communication, and genuine honesty set them apart. I was managing the situation from out of state for my daughter’s car. We took it in for warranty work and learned it required significant repairs with the engine and from water damage inside the car. They made the entire process stress-free. They offered to coordinate every step, including picking up the vehicle, and kept me informed throughout, and made suggestions on how to handle the claims for insurance. It’s rare to find a shop with this level of integrity and care. I’m deeply appreciative of their help and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy automotive team.

My experience with Ryans automotive was great!!! The only thing i would have to complain about is that they told me it would be done the next day from when i dropped it off for a diagnostics and it took an extra day. Other than that the customer service was excellent and pricing was good. It was suppose to be two hundred and fourty eight but it turned out to be 123.00 because it was only on machine for a half jour. so truly appreciate their honesty. They coukdve charged me the full amount and i wouldnt have been none the wiser.👍so just want to say Thank you and ill definitely be returning!!🤗

Don’t go here. Overpriced for labor. The full inspection was nice, I got an oil change and a new lugnut stud put in, but the rest of the work took forever to get done, to the point where I had to pick up my car the next morning. They told me I had an oil leak when it was not a leak, just a small ooze, and didn’t fix a minor outer wheel bent rim lip while they were at it. I won't be going back; there are better shops out there that care.
