It's not the repairs of my car themselves that are the issue, it's the cost seems very high. Even on the high end of the estimate's I looked up on line and including the diagnostic cost ( Which my regular mechanic takes off the repair cost not an extra charge) This was brought in as a warranty repair from Carmax ( why I went here) . the repair did not qualify as a warranty repair ( which I understand) on the plugs and coil , My backup camera which fails also periodically was declined by CarMax. I also asked to have the battery replaced in my key fob , which was returned to me not working because of being taken apart incorrectly and not put back together properly. An employee tried to tell me it was broken already , not so . This will be my first and last visit here.

We recently moved to Windsor and our 2016 Ford Fusion needed a routine oil change and tire rotation. Service was completed in a timely manner (within an hour) and I received a complete analysis of the vehicle's condition. I did not feel pressured to obtain any additional services but one item was flagged as potential future problem but not needing attention at this time. All in all, I am very pleased with the quality of service, and the courtesy of the staff at Ryan's Automotive.
