Santos when we spoke earlier today about your experience with us I was happy to hear your Acura is running beautifully! It sounds like you had a pleasant experience with Travis, our service advisor You authorized the total cost before we did any work. I know it's difficult to pay a bunch of money around the holidays,especially for car repair. I also understand how frustrating it can be to be without a vehicle for a couple days. We really did our best. Your Acura came in running very poorly, wouldn't go over 25 miles an hour, and the Check Engine light was on. We perfromed a thorough diagnostic and changed spark plugs, coil packs, and a GDI service on your Acura. We got you back on the road in 48 hours for an authorized price that was MORE than fair. I know you said you have a family member who usually does your repairs at no labor cost. We cannot do repairs for free, but we can do quality work, using quality parts, and offer a 2 year warranty. I'm glad your Acura is running great and like I said when we spoke earlier today, the door is always open.
