From the initial call the staff was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The problem my car has is sufficiently weird enough and the available information points to a "generator" and "auxiliary battery". Once Ryan's got the vehicle, performed a comprehensive inspection, and discovered the available information is wrong, and had a fix available. Their diagnostic was completed quickly enough that they only charge me half ($70) of what they quoted ($140 and 1 hour) (At a local dealership they quoted $500 and 2 hours). An unfortunate disagreement with my S/O resulted in my declining to have Ryan's perform the repairs. This part is complicated and has nothing to do with Ryan's, and everything to do with the male ego.
