I was looking for a local company to service my Toyota Prius C. An internet search netted Ryan's Automotive. Travis is my guy! He explained exactly what services I would receive and offered an acceptable quote for the work to be done. I was able to leave my car and jump on my bike, and I was off to my personal business in a flash. My car was finished in a very reasonable time and I was able to pick it up and go about my day with no waiting. Thank you for the great first time service, lets see how my second service goes with you guys. I wouldn't expect anything less that the service I received this time. I am a very happy customer with plans to return. Travis, you dude are AWESOME, thank you so much for taking care of my needs, and thank you to your staff as well. Great people make a great business.

Great service - great people - highly recommend them

From the initial call the staff was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The problem my car has is sufficiently weird enough and the available information points to a "generator" and "auxiliary battery". Once Ryan's got the vehicle, performed a comprehensive inspection, and discovered the available information is wrong, and had a fix available. Their diagnostic was completed quickly enough that they only charge me half ($70) of what they quoted ($140 and 1 hour) (At a local dealership they quoted $500 and 2 hours). An unfortunate disagreement with my S/O resulted in my declining to have Ryan's perform the repairs. This part is complicated and has nothing to do with Ryan's, and everything to do with the male ego.
