Tresha I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations! We've tried to call to resolve. No matter how hard we try to set and reach every customers expections we sometimes fall short. If it was with us, all repairs are covered under a 2 year warranty and we would love to recheck your pulling concern. If there is any issue with the repairs we will correct at no cost to you. We hope to hear from you soon to resolve. We never want someone to pay for a repair but the issue isn't corrected. .
