Ryan'd overhauled the engine of my 240,000 mile Tundra. I chose Ryan's on the recommendation of a shop and a mechanic with whom I've developed trust, but with no other knowledge of or experience with them. I was definitely nervous using someone new to me for such an expensive job. I received quick, detailed estimates and regular status reports throughout the entire process; which was a great feeling. Everything was completed on time and according to the original schedule, with the exception of a short delay at the machine shop awaiting a part caught in the global shipping/delivery backlog. I've only had my Tundra for a few days now, but it was cleaner than when I left it, and it runs great. The level of detail in the estimate, timely status reports, on-time completion, and at the initially-estimated cost came across as an exceptionally professional and customer-oriented experience. Someone told me that computer software helps to do that; but this is my first experience as a customer receiving such an integrated satisfaction-oriented experience -- so kudos to Ryan's Automotive.
