I recently had gone to Ryan’s in order to get a pre-buy inspection for a car I had purchased through Carvana. As a first time car buyer, the online shopping experience caught my attention because I didn’t want to deal with the salesmen/women at the dealerships. I decided on a 2016 Scion iM and I scheduled an appointment online for an inspection. I arrived for my appointment with a free inspection coupon and I showed Travis upon arrival. He explained to me that the free inspection was only a very basic inspection and wouldn’t diagnose any specific problems with the car. I was a little upset because the coupon online was a little misleading. However, Travis was very polite and professional about it and gave me a quick quote on a full inspection and diagnostic test. I noticed how friendly the staff was with their other customers and I went ahead and gave them the go ahead for the pre-buy inspection. Travis and Cheri were great in checking with me throughout the process of the inspection and their complete breakdown of everything really gave me peace of mind and reassurance, especially after purchasing a vehicle completely online. Thank you again to Travis for the reassurance and professionalism during my visit.

I have been using Ryan's for about 5 years now and they are always thorough, fair, and timely. They did a major overhaul on my Jeep and had the entire job done in 2 days so that my vehicle would be ready to haul all our gear on a family vacation. Ryan and Crew were fantastic!! I had my engine replaced and the work was professional, thorough, and quick! Cheri, Ryan, and Victor answered any and all questions in a professional and timely manner and I can't say enough good things about how my Jeep runs...like new!
