Boy, where have these folks been all my life? What a great bunch. My truck runs like it’s brand new. This is probably the 3rd or 4th shop I’ve used in the last few years. I never went back to any of the others, because they never got it quite right. I’ve now found “my shop”! I have an older truck that’s in really decent shape, but I thought it was just getting old and tired. Ryan’s worked their magic and the darn thing runs like a top!!! Nice folks, too!!!

Horrible.. went online to look for a near by mechanic and found this place. Had Good reviews. And so I made an appointment on their website. Later called to confirm my appointment and they could not find it. So set one up over the phone (which was fine but not the first time I heard of lost appointments).. Day came and brought my car in for rear break change and a "free" oil change. Total was around 600+. Everything seemed fine until I went home, where I found a scratch on newly bought Wheels. Called and they said they take a look at it. Get to the shop and right away THE OWNER denies ever scratching them. I told them I had no scratches prier. I told him they had scratched it on the wood beam they parked my car by. He said he'll look at the surveillance footage. And of course he sees one of his guys parking there and scratching my wheel while backing in parking. Then I was asked what I would like from them, to which I replied, just fix my wheel. He said ok, that his wife will call me the next day. Never happened. I called 3 days later. Said to send them pics and proof of purchase to see how they can "Take care of me". this was half a year ago, with no phone call no nothing from them. Today i take my car for a tire rotation and a different place to find out that one of my wheels is missing a rear HUBCENTRIC RING! what??? never go back there again. Over priced for mediocre service.

Ibrahim, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We did scuff your wheel. We do our very best to give top level service, but sometimes mistakes happen. Once we found out what happened we buffed out the scuff to your satisfaction. A few days later when you spoke to Cheri we asked for your receipt or any information on the size/ style/ brand of wheel so we could replace. That offer still stands. We should have followed up after not hearing from you. Not to make excuses, but during that time we were in the thick of fires, it was raining ash, and we were trying to navigate homeschooling, so staff support was limited. Again, this is no excuse. You are our customer and no matter the outside circumstances we should have provided the highest level of customer service. As for the hubcentric ring, the spacer ring that aligns lug nuts to aftermarket wheels, I can't speak to that. I can tell you we put parts back on cars that come off. I can tell you all lug nuts where tight and secure. There's a lot of possibilities as to how/ when/ why. We saw you in October so I'm a little hazy on details. I just called you and left a voicemail, we would really like the opportunity to make it right. Please call us back, we hope to hear from you soon.

The crew at Ryan's Automotive were so amazing! They were friendly from the get go and I felt very taken care of! My car was finished quickly (same day!) and when I got in my vehicle, there was a notification that my car had been sanitized. I felt very safe driving it away (not only from the virus, but also from their impeccable work on the vehicle!). The entire staff was professional as well as kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

It’s really hard to get ahold of mechanics over the phone when they have your vehicles in the shop, but not here. I called a few times and every time someone actually answered and answered my questions and gave me updates! Affordable, excellent customer service, and great quality of work.

They charged me $130 to diagnose a problem with my car I ASKED them to fix. If you want to pay for something you already knew visit Ryan! He'll also charge you 5x the normal hourly labour fee. **Correction** I had to sign and pay $130 to get my car keys back and leave! I asked to replace the water pump which is rattling off the car. Beware of the pressure tests they put you through!

Tony I’m sorry to hear your frustration. Car problems can be incredibly frustrating. In all fairness you agreed and signed to the $130 diagnostic charge prior to us looking at your vehicle. We did a complete cooling system diagnosis including pressure testing the system. You declined the repair. If you would like to revisit we would be more than happy to to do the repair. We can have the parts here and job complete in one day. I think our price of $612 to replace your water pump, thermostat, gaskets, and coolant is beyond fair. I called and left you a message. We would like to make it right with you.
