I was very dissatisfied with my appointment, I had to wait a week in order to get my appointment scheduled. Then they did not do what I had scheduled the service for. Following that, they said they could not perform the service I wanted for another week after I had already took the car in. I work out of town so I dropped my car off early and had my daughter pick it up, when she picked it up they did not wear their mask while they helped her. Which made her very uncomfortable.

Finding a mechanic that you can trust is such a huge deal. I have had my share of shops screwing with me because they thought they could (blaming me for the clamp they left of a brake line or charging me for a 4wheel drive inspection on a truck that didn't have it). I have never felt that way at Ryan's. They did work on my 12 year old car and treated it like it was just as important as a new one. When I was having troubles with the battery, I brought it in last minute and Ryan tinkered for a few and tightened it down or some other mechanic magic and sent me on my way good as new and no charge. When my car was nearing its end of days, I brought it in for their opinion on if it was worth putting money into. When I bought my new car, I brought it in to have them look at and make sure I got a good one. I TRUST THEM. 100%. They are kind and helpful. They do good work and I will always recommend them to friends and family.

Great people, great service. We brought our van in at 2PM and thought we would leave it overnight, but they had it done at 4:30

Boy, where have these folks been all my life? What a great bunch. My truck runs like it’s brand new. This is probably the 3rd or 4th shop I’ve used in the last few years. I never went back to any of the others, because they never got it quite right. I’ve now found “my shop”! I have an older truck that’s in really decent shape, but I thought it was just getting old and tired. Ryan’s worked their magic and the darn thing runs like a top!!! Nice folks, too!!!
