First time here... needed an oil change. Ended up needing an injection service also. It was ready when promised. Everyone was friendly and from what I could see the shop was clean and orderly Will be back ...

I called and scheduled an appointment with them for my car while traveling out of town when my car started making a weird noise. I brought it in and they said they would call me back around noon and they should have it done by end of day. Afternoon comes and goes and no call. Finally around 3 I call and get told they would call me back by end of day. 5pm comes and goes and no call. I finally got a call around 530 saying they were going to have to replace my entire front axle. Both sides. And the quote is around $1200 they also state my breaks are at 2%. I give them the go ahead to do the breaks and they said they would have them done by end of next day. Next day they call saying now they might not get it done. I had to go off on them and tell them how I was traveling and only expecting to be delayed by one day and now it's been 2 and possibly adding a 3rd. I told them if they could not get it done by end of day that I was going to come get it and take it somewhere else. Then they said they would have it done by end of day. After driving home 3 hrs back home with my car still making the noise I took it to my mechanic. He finds the both axels are totally fine and that the plastic in my wheel well had come lose and was getting caught in the tire. I almost had a $1,200 bill from them and for something that cost me $100! Rip off in my opinion! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Ryan's Automotive was fantastic. We had to evacuate from the CZU fires and out AC went out on our way to Windsor. They were able to schedule us for the next day, and had it fixed within a few hours (with a 2 year guarantee!). Everyone was super friendly and they made the already stressful experience so much easier. 10/10 recommend.
