Wow, talk about a different experience/perspective that I had vs. Ms. Barlin. I brought my truck into Ryan’s Automotive for service through an unfortunate & challenging event. I was greeted by Cheri who was absolutely polite, knowledgeable, quite capable and very willing to take the time necessary to help me navigate a delicate situation. She informed me of everything I needed to know to be able to make the right decisions to effect a positive outcome and she made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The work was completed on point, in a professional manner, in less time than was estimated and without any surprises (cost exactly what was quoted). I can say nothing but “job well done” and I look forward to recommending them to my friends & Family.
