They included a summation of their work on my 2011 Nissan along with some explanation as to what the meanings behind their decisions. They sent me text photos along with maintenance details so I could make further decisions about what work they should do while I was away. Overall a very pleasant experience and customer service, by John, was amicable and cool.
Thank you Taylor for bringing your Honda in for an oil change. I'm sorry about the shoe tracks on the floor board. We use floor mats to keep that from happening, but obviously didn't help in this case. Remember we have a buys 3 get one free oil change program. We hope to see you again for your next service.
