There are two places within a reasonable distance that recalibrate interlock devices. Yesterday, I called on my way from work to make sure they would be open and was told that I don’t have to keep coming there, that there are other places I can go as if it’s an inconvenience for them to stay open till the time they’re supposed to stay open till. Last time I was there, I left a water bottle at their shop. They called to let me know it was there and said they’d hang onto it. They threw it out. They are pretty rude. I’ll be going to the one other place who provides the service from now on.
Anna, we close at 5 PM. I'm sorry if you arrived after 5PM on Friday and found we were closed. Thankfully there is a 6 day calibration count down on your unit before your vehicle shuts down, so you have some flexibility and can have your unit serviced first thing Monday when we open at 8AM. I apologize about your water bottle. Our waiting room can get cluttered up pretty quickly with things left behind. We do our very best to contact the owners of things left in the office, but if not picked up in a reasonable time frame we get rid of them. We held onto your water bottle for 30 days.
