DO NOT GO HERE! The owners are absolutely horrible people! They are outright rude and demeaning to their customers. I’m not sure how they stay in business. Please support small family businesses in Windsor, but certainly NOT THIS ONE! I’ve never been so appalled by such poor behavior and customer service. I understand people have a bad day, but read all other reviews of so many customers having this same horrible service experience and treatment by ownership!

Really happy that we found Ryan’s Automotive. Super friendly family oriented business. Service was very quick and thorough as well. They also didn’t try to push additional services on us. We were made aware of additional options but it wasn’t pushy at all. We’ll be back with our other car and for future oil changes and service.
