I currently work for Western Groundwater Surveyors here in Windsor. We service our trucks from Ryan's Automotive on a regular basis. I found the service to exceed my expectations of accommodation and friendliness. I called them same-day regarding an issue with the brakes and by the next day the truck was diagnosed and repaired! I was offered a ride after I dropped off the truck and again once the work was completed, which was an experience I find unique and extremely convenient for automotive repair.

Amazingly friendly staff! First when I called and spoke with Sherri - She was so helpful! Then when we went in and had our car looked at, Ryan helped us and he was wonderful! Nothing felt rushed and it felt like they truly cared about our specific needs. The waiting room was great for my toddler to stay entertained with all the fun toys! We’ll be back soon for some services needed and we’re so glad we’ve found a wonderful trustworthy mechanic so close to home here in Windsor :)
