My car broke down while I was visiting Windsor. I'm very grateful that Ryan's Automotive prioritized my repair to get me back on the road and home that night after replacing my alternator. Great service, and fair prices!

I took my vehicle in for air conditioner work. From the time I walked into the office to make an appointment until the time I left, the folks here were so friendly and welcoming. They explained the process before I brought the car in and then kept informing me as to what was happening during the work. My car was worked on at the appointment time...didn't have to wait to get it seen. These folks were great and would highly recommend if you need work done on your vehicle.

I was happy and satisfied with Ryan's Automotive service when I brought my 2002 Acura MDX to this shop. Honestly, I thought the repair was a bit pricey, but with the help of Ray, he gave me a good discount as a Veteran, along with a 2-year warranty. My car was leaking engine oil heavily, and Ray explained to me what needed to be done. They replaced the parts with OEM, and from my experience, Honda parts are really good. I am also an experienced mechanic; I just don't have the time to fix it myself. Ryan's also covered the cost of the shuttle, which was very convenient, especially for those working full-time. So far, the car is running great after driving this weekend, with no visible engine oil leak. I highly recommend them and will definitely come back for more car repairs or maintenance, such as an oil change. Thank you, Ray and Cheri.

I do like this place. But service and communication was a bit at odds ends today. I learned that if you make an oil change appointment. That doesn't guarantee your vehicle will be started with the service at that time. Found this out an hour into waiting. My 1st oil experience was painless, cost wasn't too bad, and timing of service was within the hour mark. Today was much different. Travis was polite and patient with me and my frustration of the timing of this oil change. Next time I plan an oil change here I know that I need half my day cleared from other appointments. So I am not left rushing or frustrated. Thank you for patience with me today.
